OPI Going My Way Or Norway? Comparisons

When I first heard that OPI was going to release a Norse collection I eagerly awaited it showing up at my local Ulta. With a name like "Storesund" you just know I had to get a polish called Going My Way Or Norway?, didn't you? Of course I was going to, no matter how many dupes I may have had! Fortunately, the formula and application were fabulous so I'm sure I'll wear it a lot this winter.

These butterscotch-y, caramel-y colors are showing up in all the collections this fall, as they seem to do every year, so it's no surprise that I've got a few in my stash from years past. But what did surprise me was just how different they all were. I would have sworn that this was identical to A-Piers To Be Tan, from their San Francisco collection, but I was so wrong. I really didn't remember that one being so dark, and I didn't remember San Tan-Tonio being so gray! (San Tan-Tonio is very close to Zoya Flynn, in case you were wondering about that, too.)

The closest of all my polishes was butter LONDON Tea & Toast, which I recently got at Marshall's and which is nearly a dupe. At half the normal price it was a couple of dollars cheaper than the OPI so if you live near a Marshall's or TJ Maxx you might want to check them out. They've gotten in a lot of butter LONDONs and Sephora Formula X polishes and you can find some great bargains!
