Mardi Gras Mani

The Nail Polish Goddess must have moved into my neighborhood because not only has the local Walmart started stocking the new Pure Ice polishes (well, that one collection, anyway) but also both of the Big Lots in my area had bins of the Sephora by OPI polishes, including the 18K gold topcoat! For $1.80!!! I couldn't see paying $30 for bits of real gold that would just end up on a cotton ball anyway, but for that ridiculously low price I'm gilding everything! And Mardi Gras is a perfect excuse to go overboard with it, right?

I decided to redo my gradient of a ENGLAND Dragon and Lady of the Lake and top it with two coats of Sephora by OPI It's Real 18K Gold topcoat. This is so amazing it's killing me.

Not too over-the-top, is it?
