butter LONDON- Fall 2013 Pimms & Silly Billy

*The products featured in this post were provided for review*

Good morning! Today I have two beauties to show you from the butter LONDON Fall collection for 2013. This collection is filled with colors that POP!

Not what you usually expect from a Fall collection. But since it's still hot outside, I dig it. First up is Silly Billy, a bright orange crelly (jelly + creme). butter LONDON describes it as an opaque fire orange creme. A clown popular at fairs in Brittain, and a fab nickname for anyone named William. I definitely think the finish is more of a crelly than a creme. I used two coats for the swatches below.

This is Pimms, an opaque sunflower yellow creme. Yellows tend to have difficult formulas. I have no idea why, must be something with the pigment. Pimms was no different but I was able to get her to level out with a careful second coat. I also really love using the butter LONDON Tops & Tails base and top coat with all of my butter LONDON manis. It makes them dry quickly and oh-so shiny.

So what do you think of these bright summery colors for Fall? I think it's so fun! You can purchase butter LONDON from their website, at Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta for $15 each.

Check out the butter LONDON Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest pages too!

  1. Beautiful swatches! I agree, bright colours just don't quite seem right for a fall collection, but Silly Billy is gorgeous and my favorite of these two! :)
