Pure Ice Fiesty

It's a bazillion degrees outside and the humidity has turned my head into a dandelion puff so I guess it's safe to say that summer has officially arrived. And that means BRIGHTS! And what could be brighter than this pink by Pure Ice — Fiesty? (Yes, that's how it's spelled on the label but I don't know if they think it's a feisty color or if it's some nail polish pun.) I know some neons recommend using a white base to really make the colors pop but I don't think this one needs it at all! It's not a jelly, so it's opaque in two coats and I don't think white undies would have made a difference.

I haven't yet used a lot of Pure Ice polishes but I've been pretty impressed with the ones I have done so far. I loved Taupe Drawer and French Kiss and my sister sent me about a dozen different finishes to try out — chromes and glitters and cremes, oh, my! I can't wait to try them all!

Pure Ice polishes are available for under $2 — such a bargain! — exclusively at Walmarts (if you can find them...) or from their web site.

  2. Pure Ice is one of my favorite polishes, I was thinking of getting this one but I opted for Wild Thing and Drive Me Crazy. I have French Kiss, the first polish I bought from Pure Ice, and Don't You Wish. Under $2 was one of the main reasons I started buying Pure Ice and I have to say I really like their polishes.
