Essie- Bangle Jangle

**The product featured in this post was provided for an honest review.**

Hello lovelies! Today I have a beautiful creme polish from Essie to show you. Bangle Jangle is from the Essie Cocktail Bling Winter Collection 2011. Bangle Jangle is a soft dusty lavender creme that applied like a dream in two easy coats. I love the Essie formula. It's got some magic self-leveling qualities that seem to defy logic. This color is a perfect match for the maid of honor dress I'll be wearing next weekend in my best friend's wedding, too! I wore this mani when we went away for her bachelorette weekend. I used Essie Fill the Gap base coat and Good to Go top coat for the swatches below.

But then something terrible happened! I applied this mani (using 100% Essie products) on Thursday for the bachelorette weekend and by the time I came on Sunday night, this is what my nails looked like.

Pros- I love this color and the Essie formula.

Cons- So bummed that it chipped so bad. Usually, using the same brand of base coat, polish and top coat mean that the polish will wear like iron. Not this time. It's possible that my base coat is a bit dried out (I've pretty much used it to death) and caused all of this to happen. Who knows. I'm willing to give it another go though.

Overall- I have a bunch of colors from the Cocktail Bling collection but I was missing this one and I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to add it to my collection. Essie cremes are some of the best cremes.

Where to buy- Essie is available to purchase online at Beauty Stop Online. Most drugstores as well as Target and Ulta stores carry Essie as well.
