BB Couture Pastel Bunnies- Part 2

Last week, Robin showed you the first part of the Pastel Bunnies collection we received from BB Couture for review. This collection is an adorable collection of pastels with cute bunny related names that are perfect for Spring. You might think, "Pastels for Spring? Booooring." and in that respect, you're right. But the problem with most pastels is they can have a pretty terrible formula. They first coat might go on lumpy and it usually takes another two coats to get everything to smooth out. Not these bunnies.

So to avoid writing the same review over and over again for each color, here's the scoop. All of these polishes applied like a dream. Two easy coats that practically painted themselves. The first coat was not quite full coverage but as it dried, I watched the polish level itself out around the natural ridges in my nails. I waited a minute or two before applying one more coat to smooth it all out. Then I topped it with a coat of HK Girl topcoat to add some shine. All of these colors have a bit of shimmer in the bottles and they don't really show on the nail at all. But I'm convinced that the addition of shimmer to the polish definitely helped get rid of the usual pastel application problems.

The colors are pretty straight forward so I won't bore you with descriptions. On to the swatches!

See the shimmers? Maybe a little

Pros- Amazing pastel formula!

Cons- Some of the shades might have been better off with three coats for a brighter look.

Overall- Great pastel collection for Spring! Do you have any of the Pastel Bunnies??
