Zoya - Avery

Hi everyone!  Happy Wednesday...blah.  I'm ready for the week to be over and my mani today is NOT full of win.  I've been on a nude polish kick lately. So Anna, being the closet polish hoarder super generous cousin that she is accidentally bought a second bottle of Zoya Avery when she already had one in stash so score (!!!) for me.

Zoya describes Avery as:  Zoya Nail Polish in Avery can be best described as a full coverage, blond-beige cream. An ideal cool neutral color that covers fully opaque in 2 coats.  While I think this description is true, the blonde in it is very apparent on me.  In fact, it sort of looks like the color of my blonde hair.  It just pulled so yellow on me.  The formula was great though, 2 easy coats for smooth coverage.  

Just kidding, my hair isn't this blonde but damn this polish is yellow.  I texted Robin and she said that Avery is not yellow on her at all!  Go figure.  Do you have any polishes like this?  They look one way on you and completely different on someone else?
