Sation- RV There Yet?

A few weeks ago I went to a friends wedding at Camden Yards (where my Orioles play!). I posted to our Facebook page asking our readers to help me decide what to put on my nails to go along with my LBD and gold/black strappy heels. Someone suggested a dark teal and I looked over at the stack of polishes waiting to be reviewed and RV There Yet? just jumped out at me. Not quite a dark teal but still a perfect pop of color for the evening. Sation describes it as a playful vibrant teal.

I couldn't let everyone know what I had chosen because I still needed to write up my review for this color! Erin and Robin have already posted reviews of some other Sation polishes from their new Nailstock collection. Sation has just been killing it lately. They started selling polishes in select TJMaxx, Marshalls and Winners(Canada) stores. Robin has been on the hunt and hasn't found any near her yet. I'm going to start searching this weekend. Let us know if you find some at a store near you! Miss Professional Nails (the company behind Sation) is hosting a Sation treasure hunt contest! Check out their Facebook page for more! On to the swatches! I prepped my nails with Essie Fill The Gap base coat and got my bottle of RV There Yet? ready to go. I opened it up and- what is this?! A jelly! Surprise! My only disappointment was that I didn't have a ton of time before I had to leave for the wedding and knowing this was a jelly reminded me that I would need at least three coats. I was right about needing three coats, but I also forgot how easy jellies are to clean up. What a nice quick mani. The teal color showed up super bright and pigmented on my nails and really popped against all the black I was wearing.

Pros- Flawless, not-at-all-streaky formula. I can't speak highly enough about the Sation bottle (never thought I'd love a bottle so much) and wide, easy to use brush.
Cons- Um....none. Unless you count that I painted my nails before putting on my Spanx when I was getting ready for the wedding. Total fail on my part. Good thing HK Girl topcoat is super fast drying!
Overall- I love this polish. This kind of color is right up my alley. The color is bright, the jelly formula keeps it looking soft and the finish is SHINY.

If you don't have a TJMaxx, Marshall's or Winners near you that is selling Sation polishes, you can purchase them directly from their website.
