First up, I have Serum No. 5 Girls Gotta Eat. This polish is described as: No need to dig for gold when you've got Girl's Gotta Eat, a polish filled with gold prism and platinum glitter with micro gold shimmer in a clear base. I couldn't agree more. This polish BLINGIN' baby! I love it. Just to take it to the next level of in your face nails, I layered it over the super neon China Glaze Surfin for Boys. I'm a fan of gold and silver mixed together. It's such a classy combo. I just love how awesome and sparkly this polish is. This is one coat of Girls Gotta Eat over 2 coats of Surfin for Boys and one coat of Out The Door. The glitter spread evenly and I had zero formula issues!

Pros: Great color combos, awesome logo, really nice bottles and labels
Cons: Personally, I'm not a fan of textured polish but I know lots of people are!
Overall: I think Serum No. 5 is a brand to check out!
Serum No. 5 polishes are sold on Etsy and retail for $12 for a full size, $5 for a mini. The store is all stocked so head over there! Check out their Tumblr for updates.

Ok, I love those! Especially Spring Into Love. And yes, I want to pair it with Mermaid's Dream!! I keep scrolling back up to look at Girl's Gotta Eat... Everyone seems to have a gold glitter, but there's something special about that one that I can't put my finger on. Beautiful swatches!
ReplyDeletei think its the name that takes it over the edge, it is to die for! :)
