Hello! Today I have one of my biggest lemmings...Sidenote: Does anyone else hate that term? It's so dumb. I'm going to make up a new word for a polish that you want...I'm going to call it a STALKEE. It's a polish I've been stalking for months, a stalkee. Start using it, people! STALKEE!!!!
Ok, anyway, Pretty and Polished Candy Coated. Buying a Pretty and Polished polish is just completely out of control these days but Anna managed to score a mini for me a couple months ago. The PnP Etsy shop describes it as: Candy Coated is a sheer pastel pink polish with a mix of light pink prism and medium hex glitter, purple prism and medium hex glitter, as well as a healthy dose of small purple and pink glitters. It definitely looks like a sweet candy coating! I used 2 and a half coats for full coverage and the glitter applied evenly with almost no placing issues. I did love the look. I wouldn't throw myself off a cliff for this polish but I liked it. It also chipped within hours. I'm not pointing fingers, could have been my base/top (and I don't remember what I used) or it could have been the polish.
Overall, I love the look of the cute pastel glitter and the pink polish is really sweet. I might try it over a creme pink the next time I wear it and see if I like the results better. Do you have any Pretty and Polished's? Do you love them?

Lovely feminine shade but with added oomph :)
ReplyDeleteNice! Also I am going to start using Stalkee - love it FAR more than lemmings. I'd throw myself off a cliff for very few things, and none of them would be a polish :D Thanks for the swatches and a newer, better, word!
ReplyDeleteYay!!! It will catch on, I know it!
