Aphrodite Lacquers - Outta This World Collection

Around here at Polished Cousins, we share.  When we get polishes in for review, we usually split up the collections that way we all get to try the line and it's cool to see polish on different nails.  BUT, when I opened up my package from Aphrodite Lacquers, my first thought was, "how can I keep all this polish to myself and never share and never let them know that I got it iwantitneedstobemineforeverperfecterincolorsobsessed."  So I took a minute, collected myself and told Anna that she could swatch half but I was calling dibs on the Outta This World Collection and maybe she could borrow them from me if she wanted after I'm done wearing them all at least five times each.

This post is pic heavy.  Get over it.  I'm going to say all I have to say at the beginning and then on to swatch land.  All of the polishes in the Outta This World collection are a black jellyish base with different color and shape glitter.  Each one is like a galaxy nail art without all the work.  The glitter was so dense in each bottle that I decided to layer them over one coat of Wet 'n Wild Black Creme.  I used one coat of Out the Door as a top coat.  This polish is SHINY.  So shiny that my pictures look sort of crazy.  I'm in love.  My nails could look like galaxy nails through the rest of the summer.

Supernova, Galaxy, Nebula

Supernova: black polish (jellyish), with fuschia glitter, pink glitter, and silver glitter.
Look at this shine and it's under my OTT light

Galaxy: black polish (jellyish), with color shifting shimmer (from blueish aqua to purple to pink), and cobalt blue glitters.

Nebula: black polish (jellyish) with tiny sky blue shimmers, silver glitter, and sky blue glitter.

Overall:  I'm in love with this collection.  It's interesting, cohesive and direct.  There are 3 more polishes in the Outta This World collection and they all fit perfectly.
Pros:  Great formula, packed with glitter but not a glitter bomb, maybe the shiniest polish that I own
Cons:  If I had to think of something to say...if you don't like black or glitter, then this isn't the polish for you.

Aphrodite Lacquer can be purchased on Etsy.  Check their Facebook page for details and restocking updates.  This collection still has a few colors available so hurry up!!

Look out for swatches from the Romance Novel Collection soon!!

*These polishes were sent to me for an honest review*
