Girly-Girl Challenge Day 3- Delicate and Elegant

Here is Day 3 of the Girly-Girl Challenge we are participating in. The polishes I got in my Julep Maven box this month were perfect for a "Delicate and Elegant" manicure.

I started with a base color of Jennifer. It is a very sheer nude pink. I used two coats and still could see a lot of my nail line. It's definitely not a color I'd usually reach for but it's still a good one to have in my stash. Brooke ended up being MUCH more sheer than it looks in the bottle. I think it would be great over a dark color. Maybe I'll try it over a navy jelly polish, like Revlon Royal, next. I needed three(!) coats of Brooke to really see the pink shimmer build up.

The light combination of Jennifer and Brooke still needed a little frill so I used my Bundle Monster plate, BM-222, and OPI Pink Friday to stamp a lacy pattern over it.
